The nicest place to stay when traveling to Tulum. Neat bed, large bathroom, and a balcony in the room. Floor to ceiling windows and air conditioning provided. Top-notch service. Free parking available on-site. Great wifi included. 

Magical hotel with top-notch service. Tasty and awesome breakfast options with fresh juices. Good amazing location, in the ocean beneath the ruins. Just off side trips, spa, food, nightlife.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and absolutely stunning. The location is unbeatable, relatively near Luna Maya Beach. You could walk to a market and a big supermarket. Make sure you stay in the villa with the outdoor tub and open-air balcony with a bed 

The suite was modern and romantic, and the location was great with close proximity to the beach, as well as having a large and a local supermarket nearby.

The breakfast offered a wide array of options and was tasty and awesome. The rooms were fancy & airy with a view like those at Azulik. The location was marvelous and lovely. The free parking was onsite. 

Great spot here, just a quick stroll away from Sian Kite Watersports! 🏄‍♂️

The hotel was clean. There were really good staff. Savoury breakfasts were delicious. Loved having its own balcony. The floor-to-ceiling windows were fantastic. The air conditioning in the room was a great touch. The views of the ocean below were impressive. 

Smooth check-in and check-out process, staff with great vibes. The rooms are stunning, with an open-air layout and a hot tub to relax in. The food is always fresh, especially the mouthwatering breakfast 🌞. 

The breakfast is tasty, has many choices. Overall the room is unique, airy and includes it's own balcony and full-length windows.

5 minutes walk to Sunrise Beach. Great little, brand-new room. Free Wi-Fi

The balcony, full-length windows, and air conditioning in the room were marvelous and awesome. The bed was neat for sleeping. Free parking onsite was provided. The top-notch service from the really good staff during our stay was outstanding. 

This place is like no other! The round bed is huge and super comfy. The ordering system is fun, throwing a ball into a tube. The two bathtubs, one in the room and one on the terrace, are a unique 

It is a very different place from all the hotels in the world where I have stayed, the whole establishment is very photographic. The way to order the service room with the ball is great, the breakfasts are very good. They

A little bit salted water in the bathroom. Insects. Not very clean room.

The location was unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Had a well-decorated room with an ocean view for a very good stay. Very friendly and top-class staff gave advice on things to do.
